Question Clevo P775 tm1 upgrade question

So I managed to get 2 of these laptops but I wanted to take the parts from the stronger one (rtx 2080 , i9 9900K) and place them in the older one (GTX 1080 , I7 8700K)
since the older one has programs and data installed on there, problem is I'm not too sure how messy this'll be since CPUs and what not might need their bios updated.

Because there are a few programs in there like malwarebytes have lifetime status and I can't afford to deactivate it only for the key to not work afterwards, that and I want to do a swap rather than very slowly move all the salvagable data to another PC (it's close to 1tb)
