Question Clevo W355SS Bios update

Hello
Is it recommended updating Bios? As my new battery do not charge to 100% and the bios does not have FlexiCharger
Clevo W355SS laptop
Also is W3537SS-bios-R1.03.03-EC-R1.03.06 the correct Bios? Or should it be W355SDQ-bios-R1.03.04-EC-R1.03.02?

The last BIOS showing up off their support site is this:

As my new battery do not charge to 100%
Is it a genuine battery? Have you charged and discharged the battery a couple of times?

Well I did discharge and charge a couple of times
That Bios have more similar name: W355SDQ-bios-R1.03.04-EC-R1.03.02
Which I also found it on Clevo website

New battery looks identical to the original and cost enough to be.
Battery charge stuck on 85%
Faulty battery?

I would'd like to damage the Laptop with a wrong Bios update
Clevo support download isn't easy or clear, I have 2 options, please have a look which one do you think is the correct one for Clevo W355SS?
W3537SS-bios-R1.03.03-EC-R1.03.06
Or
W355SDQ-bios-R1.03.04-EC-R1.03.02

Please advise if and which bios version to update to: for Clevo W355SS
Purchased from PC specialist UK
Because battery is not being calculated properly.
Current Bios is: 2012 American Megatrends Version 2.15.1236
Do I need to update to :
W3537SS-bios-R1.03.03-EC-R1.03.06
Or
W355SDQ-bios-R1.03.04-EC-R1.03.02
If at all.
Their website don't make any sense.
