INFO:
Port_#0003.Hub_#0004
The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
USB\VID_8087&PID_07DC\6&2EB91E85&0&3

I searched online, and they say it's the Bluetooth driver
I read the manual and I don't believe this laptop has Bluetooth
Also, the HDMI port don't work, Does HDMI need a driver?
What problem am I having with the Unknown Device and non-working HDMI?
Thanks.

Solution
The W355SSQ has Bluetooth

this one sold is 2014 had BT - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/142095?page=1
this shows it should have BT - https://www.notebookcheck.net/Review-Clevo-W355SS-Schenker-XMG-A504-Barebones-Notebook.113909.0.html

if its got wifi, its probably got Blue tooth.
have you tried auto update here - https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download-center/home.html

could be updating intel drivers fix both things.

Thank you again, Colif. Intel Automatically update drivers solved the HDMI port problem as well.
I wonder if a battery charging problem is also a software and not a hardware problem? Charging only to 83%
