hi i need PLEASE simple directions to clear a click free from stuff its prior owner had , i think i have done it then i download just my pic and all her stuff is back there again when i check it . im so not computer savvy can anyone help . * moderator edit for personal info *thanks in advance !!

No you do not want to post your email on a public internet forum, no phone numbers, no address, no account names, etc... That is a good way to get spam and have people try to get into your accounts.

For Click Free I am guessing you mean the old hard drives, those are also linked to cloud storage, and the company is no longer around.
You should get a normal external drive for backups, or have someone that knows about computers help you wipe the drive you have to clear it all of existing software.

Can you not just format the drive in DiskManagement?
