[SOLVED] click noise when i boot pc on and off

my PSU makes a click noise ever since i built the PC (also its just one click not multiple) It's a relatively quiet noise when i boot it up and kinda loud when it turns off. Other than that i never hear any clicks from anything on the PC and everything runs perfectly. Here are my PC specs

It's an inrush current limiting delay relay. It's actually a sign of a quality PSU that meets all safety requirements around the world.

It's essentially a relay that keeps the inrush of current from the wall from rushing into the PSU in one burst which could potentially damage your PSU if too high.
