[SOLVED] Click noise when starting and shutting the pc

Hi guys,
So i recently i built my PC and noticed that whenever i turn my pc on and whenever its shut down at the end there is a slight tick noise coming from my PSU.
its not continuous only when its turned on and shut off.
Is it normal for the PSU to make these noises ?
PSU is Cooler Master MWE 850w Gold fully modular

I've seen a number of posts with the same PSU to exhibit the same click noise. Might stating what the rest of your specs to your system is and how old the system is? You might also want to see if the issue you're stating is found when you connect to another wall outlet in your house. Is the grounding in your house proper?

The PC is brand new and everything is first hand.
Actually i found this on their website they said that The “click” sound is from the relay of power supply and it’s normal. The relay is for more conversion efficiency of power supply.
Specs are
Intel 10700
Rtx 3080
16gb ram
Asus tuf z490 gaming plus
