[SOLVED] Click Sound from Laptop

Hi,

I am hearing a click sound from my laptop. it comes occasionaly.

In the fan software , I see no FANS coming up.

The laptop is booting fine after BIOS update and have updated the audio driver as well. Checked the disk status of my SSD and HDD both are healthy status

Model : Lenovo Y700 - 15ISK

Can you please suggest here.

That could be several things loose capacitor and bad fan bearing. Would be the first two i would think

Thanks for your reply. Could the upgrade of BIoS caused this? Or drivers update ? Or any softwares installed?

Does my screenshots look OK ? since it is not showing up any fans.

It was working fine till Sunday. From yesterday, I am hearing this sound.

The problem with the fan sound would be more repetitive than the occasional click. in my opinion it's 80% HDD
Sometimes disc check utility reports healthy status, but HDD is broken
try to remove HDD for a while and listen if there is click sound
