Question "Click" sound when connecting 24 pin.

Hello!

Power supply "be quiet! System Power 9 500W"
Motherboard "Asus p8z77-v lk"

When connecting the 24 pin connector to the motherboard there was no click sound. From the third time there was no click sound either.

Is this normal? Must there be a click sound or not?

So long as the latch i secure on the power connectors(and pretty much every connector that has a notch to secure) you're good to go.

Check the latch on the 24-pin connector and see if the clip is clamped over the locking nub on the 24-pin header. That sound you heard is nothing more than the clip slipping over the nub and closing.
