Clicked "Show processes from all users" and now nothing works

I wanted to see svchost (the network one that uses internet) to disable it I clicked in the services tab "Go to process" then thought reason I couldnt find it is because I need to show procs from all users. I clicked that now NOTHING works. I cant click "Shut Down" in my start menu (Just sits there and doesnt show me clicking anything in the start menu) I can double click icons but nothing works and the task manager its self is still updating but is froze. Run will work but CMD wont open. I check my disk and it isn't being used much (Had Resource Monitor open)

Any ideas? I don't really wanna hold the power button and nothing opens.

Ok... I resumed my network thing thats eating my internet and everything started working (I suspended it because it was eating internet)
