Clicked the restart switch on mobo now wont turn on

Hey so I just finished building my pc and everything was going great about 30 minutes in I hit the reset switch on my case and everything turns off. Now nothing it turning on, if I hit the power button the power led lights up for a second and the fans start then immediately stop. Any idea on what might have happened and if its fixable? (The mobo is a Gigabyte ga-z87x-ud3h if that helps)

Pull the power cord, check the reset switch is plugged into the FP connector PIns correctly on mobo, Ground to ground, might also reset CMOS, then plug in and try again

The pins are plugged in correctly. I just tried pulling the plug and resetting the cmos and same results.
