[SOLVED] clicking/arcing sound

So I got a new corsair rm 850x earlier this year, and just recently I noticed it makes a strange clicking/arcing sound every time i turn my PC on and off, similar to the noise made when flipping the on switch on the back of the psu. I've gone ahead and made sure that all connections in the computer were secure, and that the power cable was firmly in the back of the psu, but I couldn't seem to find anything. I never heard this noise with my previous psu, so I don't know if this noise is cause for concern. Any advice?
