Clicking noise after POST beep - spacebar auto-spammed after OS Boot

During boot, after I hear the post beep, I hear a continuous clicking noise from the motherboard speaker. Sometimes it stops after I press escape, others it just pauses for a brief second and continues. Other times I hear nothing but when I poured DEL to enter BIOS I hear that click again during the key presses.
It is not the HDD click of death sound. It comes from the motherboard speaker, not the HDD, I even disconnected the HDD and left only SSDs to check that.
See the link below for a recording of the sound.

Sometimes I hear it even when I have the "loading operating system..." Displayed on screen before Windows boots.
Annoying part is that once Windows boots up, the space bar key is spammed continuously. Sometimes it stops after I press ESC, but only for a few seconds before it starts again. Others it stops the spam, but it spacebar stops working altogether, no input is being sent to pc and I cannot type spaces (this post is made from my phone).
I tried the following:
• reboot without keyboard - the clicking noise is not heard, but once I plug in the keyboard (USB Microsoft Sidewinder X4), the space bar is being spammed.
• uninstall keyboards from device manager - for some reason I have about 6 entries in there, after a restart same click and space spam is present, and all keyboard entries are back in the device manager.
• uninstall drivers, reboot and installing them back - same problem
• connected the keyboard to another PC / laptop - problem is not present, so it is not a faulty keyboard?
• I connected my keyboard in other USB ports, even ones in which other USB devices work, and same problem persists. So its not a faulty USB port either.
• I even did a hard reset on BIOS by removing the battery, same problem.
• I did a PC Reset, to start with fresh windows and cleaned by C: partition - same problem.
• [edit] I also swapped with another PS/2 Keyboard, and I don't hear the clicking noise at every boot, but I do hear it each time I press DEL repeatedly to enter BIOS Setup.
Sometimes the spamming just stops after leaving it alone for about 15-20 minutes and spacebar starts working normally again.
Hardware details:
Gigabyte 970A-D3
Sidewinder x4 USB keyboard
AMD FX 8150
8 GB Corsair memories
AMD R9 280 graphic card

Please somebody help me as I am going crazy with this problem.

When the problem goes away with another keyboard my guess that the keyboard is the problem. The clicking sound when you press keys might be a MB feature. And when the old keyboard produces this on its own it might be a sign that it has "sticky keys". I would change the keyboard for a longer period to check that the problem does not return.

• uninstall keyboards from device manager - for some reason I have about 6 entries in there, after a restart same click and space spam is present, and all keyboard entries are back in the device manager.

-this one is an odd one tho. Check if this occurs with the new keyboard.

I'll try with the other keyboard for a while and see how it works.
I'd like to also note that this only started a couple of weeks ago, and I have this PC for a few years with the same setup.

Any other advice I get until then I would like to hear it out and I'll try it. Thanks!
