Hey there, kashyapjatin.

This error is usually caused either by the drive or the RAM of the computer. I'd exclude the memory out of the equation for now, as you've gotten clear signs that the drive is actually having issues (clicking and unusual noises). What puzzles me, is that nothing showed when you've tested it with a diagnostics tool.
First, I'd suggest that you backup any important data which you might have on that HDD, just to be on the safe side. After that download the HDD manufacturer's diagnostics tool and test the drive again, to see if you'll get the same results. If there's nothing out of the ordinary I'd recommend that you run the chkdsk command - open CMD (command prompt) and type chkdsk X: /r /f (where "X" is the letter of the drive you wish to check, so don't forget to change it with the correct one) and press "enter". Let the process finish to see if it finds any bad sectors or errors with file system. If you still don't see anything suspicious, I'd suggest that you try the drive with a different computer, or at least with a different SATA port and cable on yours, to see if the same thing happens.

Please let me know how everything goes.

Thanks for reply. first, i should back up my whole data and then i'll go with your advice...hey, can you please also suggest me an External 1tb hdd, which one i should to buy ? i am from India.

Well, what do you plan on using it for (general usage, storage, gaming)? As a WD representative I can only give suggestions for WD drives. So if you'd like to go with a Western Digital drive, then I'd suggest the WD Blue HDD (as I assume you need it for general usage, e.g. OS, gaming, storage, all together). It is a simple fast and reliable 7200RPM HDD, which comes with a 2-year limited warranty. You could check it out here: WD Blue.

Please let me know if you have any other questions whatsoever.

i am only usage to kept store OS iso, movies and my files, songs, and data transfer from one to another system and i want a good transfer rate.

Oops, sorry mate, my bad. I've missed the "external" part. Please ignore my previous recommendation as it is about an internal HDD. My apologies.
If you're looking for a an external drive, then you could take a look at the WD Elements Portable. It's a simple and reliable external HDD without any additional features or software included. It comes with a 3-year limited warranty. You can check it out here WD Elements Portable

yeah actually i am thinking about that what you are commenting, no problem don't feel apologies actually same thing done with me on a someone thread. :)

Thanks for this, but my system is still on 6 hours almost done and there is no BSOD, touch wood, but the noise is still there beep or clicking. i run the test tomorrow after that i purchase of HDD and back up it run the test after that any problem found i format and install the clean windows 7 instead of 8. hope when i did this the problem is solve.

hey buddy i use the seatools and i run all the test and results are negative no issue found hdd is good, after backup everything i format the drive and also delete its partitions and make new partitions and install windows 7. after running from last 9 hrs continuous no sound from it but then i start it again the hdd sounds again noise clicking.. beeps.. i think its a hardware problem in it i should go to service center to fix it.

Well it's possible if there's a minor mechanical issue not to be detected (yet) by a diagnostics tools. However, I'd still recommend that you try it with a different SATA port and cables, to see if the same thing happens. And if it does, call the manufacturer's customer support and ask if you can RMA it.

Good luck, mate! And please keep me posted on your progress.

yeah, buddy i already change the sata port and cables after some time the noise again start, so in that case i shall goto service center to repair it. in windows 7 there is no restart i found that but my system running is slow.
