Question Clicking sound from Gigabyte GTX 1660 Ti ?

I have a gtx 1660 ti,2 fan configuration from gigabyte and I am experiencing a clicking noise sound after 20-30 minutes of load and i know for sure its coming from the graphics card.The sound sounds like someone is cracking a plastic bottle.

Roll up a sheet of A4 paper and hold one end next to your ear and the other as a probe. Make sure you narrow down the source of the noise. After that, you can parse a video with audio on it here for the community to see.

What speed is your GPU fan at? I noticed when I was at 61% there was a weird noise coming from it went down to about 58% and it stopped.
