Question Clicking the power button wont turn on the pc after swapping motherboards

Hello, i mightve done something stupid, i tried to swap my current motherboard with the new one I bought the other day. After replacing the motherboard, the new motherboard only glows, but the cpu and gpu fans arent spinning. Clicking the power button wont turn on the computer. But then I swapped the new motherboard with my old one, and it didnt turn on too. What could be the problem? Thank you. This is my first time swapping motherboard, Ive learned my lesson not to this kind of things.

Old mobo : gigabyte a320m- s2h v2
New mobo: asrock b450m steel legend
Cpu: Ryzen 7 2700x
Gpu: Galax Rtx 2060
PSU: Aigo GP 550 watt
