Building my first client build, and they are on a tight budget. How does this look? the are planning to play games like CS:Go and Overwatch at 60+fps at 1080p medium/high.

How does this look? I appreciate all feedback, FYI, their budget is $600 (I charge ~$50 fee)

He needs something that isnt a jet engine for a cooler, its a desk PC. Can you recommend a cheap cooler that is quiet?

You are right about the RX 470, just saw that I can get it on jet for about 150-$30 Rebate, which is noticeably cheaper than what newegg has it at.

FYI, I still have Triple15's at Jet, which is why the price.

Cheaper and better

It needs to be aesthetically appealing, which means that i need as clean of cabling i can get, which is not going to happen with a seasonic non-modular PSU.

It also needs to be upgradeable, which is why i did the ATX board with 4 RAM slots and 2 Pcie slots.

Let's make it simple-
For cooler go with-Deepcool alta 7
For cpu go with-Pentium g2030 or i3 3220 (g2030 is a capable cpu)
For Ram-Kingston Hyperx 4x2=8gb 1600mhz
For motherboard-Msi or Asus h61 or z67(if your client is interested in overclocking)
For storage-Seagate firecuda or Seagate sshd(if you want ssd speed and hdd capacity)
For Graphics card-Sapphire Rx 460 or 470(both completes your mentioned gaming demands)
For case-You can use anycase I don't have knowledge about case
For power supply unit-Corsair is good

Why the Ivy Bridge? Buying new seems to be more expensive than anything more recent.

That is a very expensive case for that budget. If you're looking for something aesthetically pleasing I would not go for a Corsair SPEC. I would go for one of these two:
- Phanteks P400S: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811854032
- NZXT S340: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146198

Both of those are better choices than the Corsair Spec-Alpha.
