Kingston themselves use "special treatment" to their consumer SSDs. They ship good units to reviewers and ones with worse controller and memory chips under same model name to the rest of us.

Exactly and that is the reason I will never buy cheap SSDs. Basically I stick with Samsung and Micron (Crucial) But mostly Samsung
