Clock constantly reverting, but not to a fixed time...

My clock is constantly reverting itself, like the time is flowing slower. I have to synchronize it every 10 mins. It's not a CMOS battery. It started happening two days ago. I checked if it's a malware, but I think it's not.
 
I found the solution to the problem: What I did is clear RTC RAM in CMOS (Since I have a Sabertooth Z87, I followed the steps on the page 24 of chapter 1 in user manual). After booting up, I had to set up the clock in BIOS and when the PC booted into Windows, I changed my time zone to some other, then back to mine and now the clock is working as it should.
