[SOLVED] Clock keeps changing

So yesterday i factory reset my pc and wiped all the files but i noticed that the clock on the bottom right is exactly 3 hours behind, the minus match up but not the hours. I put the time zone correct and it was still 3 hours behind so i synchronized the time and it was also still 3 hours behind. I then manually set the correct time and it was good but when i shut down my computer and came back to it, the time was 3 hours behind again. Is this problem caused by factory resetting the computer?

One thing to try....go to date and time settings and make sure "set time zone automatically" is unchecked.....and then set your time zone manually.
