Clock-like frame skip since WoW patch

8800gtx. Ever since the WoW patch i've been getting a perfectly consistent frame skip every 1 second. Basically it's like i'm running a very cpu hungry clock. Tick tock tick tock. Is anyone else having this problem?

For the record, the following solved my issue:

Remove WTF, Interface and Cache from the World of Warcraft folder.

Meant that I had to reinstall my add-ons etc...but at least it works now

I have frame skipping in 1404 & Vantage....
This annoying problem I see for 3 years now, whaterver my pc setup is. Not woth every game, but once in a while.
