Question Clock speeds

Hello, I recently purchased and built a new computer with an AMD Ryzen 9 3950x & a GPU with a RTX 2080ti. Using the NZXT can I noticed when my pc is idle it’s clocking in at 4266Mhz+ while the default clock speed is 3493Mhz(according to the NZXT Cam app), is something wrong? I also accidentally pressed the reset button on the toy overlocking page (on the NZXT can app) and it states my GPU is clocked at 1545 MHz, is this normal? My concern is that my cpu is malfunctioning. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.

What power setting do you have set in windows?

May I ask how you plugged in the CPU power cables? Can you show me your motherboard model as well as your cable config?

Sorry for the late response, when browsing this forum I saw someone else using the same app NZXT cam and reporting a very similar issue, I installed Ryzen Master and it was showing completely different, more realistic results. I believe the NZXT cam app is bugged. I’m just going to stick with using that app to only control my lights, lesson learned.
