Clock watchdog timeout

MSI gt83vr Titan SLI 64 GB am i7 6900 2 512 SSD 1 the HDD been sent to MSI to be fixed twice now and both times I get back afer 2 months still doesn't work now they want me to send back to them a third time I have yet to do anything on this 7 k computer now clock_watchdog_timeout error can you help

Wut? they ask you to send the HDD or the whole pc? I'm confused about your no period specs...
