Clock_watchdog_timeout BSoD Problem

Help, I often get this BSoD problem and sometimes the monitor just stops working and I can't do anything. I also have this PCI Encyption/Decryption Controller problem, it says the drivers are not installed. Also I can't install my gpu driver from the manufacturer cd cuz it s not compatible with the version of windows, Please help
