I bought 2x 8GB of ddr4 3000mhz ram, How do I clock the ram so I know I'm getting my full money

(PS this is my list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xYZLxG)

Solution
your ram is 2133mhz, anything above it is considered as overclock
it has stored overclocking profile (XMP) for one click overclock
enable xmp/d.o.c.p/amp profile in your uefi (bios)
see if your system is stable
if u get stability issues, reduce clock until u get it stable
once stable, raise a little bit clock and tinker with timings
