Clockwork Lag for 10 seconds every minute. PC/PS4

Two weeks ago we had a bunch of construction in my neighbourhood and directly correlating to that timeline I started getting the weirdest lag in my games. It only happens while gaming, any other online function is fine, but I'm getting exactly 10 seconds of lag every 60 seconds.

Originally this was happening on my PS4 with a wireless connection, it ended up getting so bad that I just stopped playing and went to my PC with a wired connection and found I was getting the same issue. The lag is bad enough now that it just drops me out of any online game I'm playing.

I've tried different connections and cables to the modem, as well as restarting the modem etc, I think went into the modem settings via browser and tried different options with the UPnP and radio channels, tried resetting the connections that way and a few other options because I gave up in frustration, reset it to the original settings and came here.

No matter what I've done nothing has worked and I'm hoping you guys can help me out, I always find the best answers on this site!

Try running "pathping" and "tracert" via the command prompt.

Target Google's website a couple of other websites that you use.

Look at the IP addresses presented. Look for Private IP addresses outside of your network especially within the first few hops.

Thinking that someone else was not correctly reconnected and there is a switching loop.

However, that would apply to all network/internet connections - not just games.

Who manages your network router? You may need help from that person to check the router's logs - if available and if enabled.

There may be some clue in the logs.
