clone a HDD into an SSD raid 1 array

Hi,

I currently have an old 320 GB SSD with windows 7 installed on it. I would like to upgrade it to a 120GB SSD which I would like to have in raid 1 with another 120GB SSD for redundancy.
What is the best way I can pull this off without reinstalling win 7 ? (since I do not have the OS disk any more).

Finally I would like my win7 on an SSD with raid 1 for my boot partition. All other media and games will go to a 1tb WD HDD which will not be in raid.

most disk cloning software should work for you. something like macrium reflect should do the job linked below.
