Hi, Can i take my laptop hard drive and connect to a pc, because i dont have usb sata cable, in order to make a clone to a new ssd , or all the job must be done exclusive to laptop in order to take all the data from the original source (laptop)?

Thank you for you time!!

Solution
Yes, you can hook both the source drive and the target drive up to a 2nd computer and clone one to the other. You might still need software like Acronis, but if you're just wanting to copy some files you might be able to do a direct transfer.
