[SOLVED] clone hdd to m.2 or fresh install? (new mother and micro)

i bought a new mother and ryzen 7 and i also bought a m2. should a make a fresh install of windows 10 with the new motherboard and micro or should i install everything and make a clone? i cant make a clone before installing the new hardware.
new hardware:
ryzen 7 2700

New motherboard + SATA -> M.2 (what specific drive? = fresh OS install on the new drive in the new system.

WD Green SSD.
If at ALL possible, send it back and get something rational.
Of the major manufacturer (WD, Crucial, Samsung, Sandisk)...that Green is the bottom of the barrel.

But in any case...still a fresh install on whatever drive goes in this new system.
