Clone HDD to SSD

I currently have a 1TB WD Caviar Black as my primary drive; both my OS (Windows 10) and all my data are stored on it. I recently bought a Samsung 850 Evo 1TB and I need to clone my HDD to the SSD. Does the Samsung include a cloning software or would I need to buy or download one?

It should come with software for that. If not (or if you don't like it) the free EaseUS will clone the HDD to the SSD.

Thanks. I also forgot to mention that I don't have a disk drive and the Samsung comes with a CD-R, would they have the same software on their website?

You'll have to do a little investigation on the website. I would assume so.
