Clone Mac hard drive

I have partitioned my Mac Pro hard drive 500gigs equally and installed Windows 7 . I am wondering if I can clone the Mac together with Windows 7 in one go.

In Hirene's boot, you have couple programs. I recommend ghoust or acronis true image. Just select option to clone whole disk.
