Clone or new OS?

I'm working on building a new rig and got a Samsung 850 EVO to use for my OS. Should I clone my old OS drive over to the SSD or since it is a new computer build should I just go from scratch and install new OS? I have a multi-disc setup as is and either way will have to install new MB drivers.

There is no compelling reason to install from scratch, even if you need to install new motherboard drivers. I'd go with cloning.
