Recently I used Macrium Reflect to clone my HDD onto a new Crucial M.2 SSD. After cloning it, the M.2 no longer appears anywhere in Windows. It shows up in BIOS, but not as a bootable drive. I started my PC without the HDD, and I got an "inaccessible boot drive" error.

from what I've read I think the main issue is the MBR portion esp since nvme ssd requires a gpt partition to successfully load windows boot manager.

the link is to windows support on how to convert mbr to gpt. it might fix the cloned OS but it's best to start from scratch. Remember to leave your network home group if you dont want windows encryption to lock your data with the fresh install...happened to me once, all files on my old 1tb hhd were encryted
after I did a fresh install and got rid of the previous windows.
