cloned hdd to ssd, windows still running on hdd

I used EaseUS Todo to clone the hdd to ssd once the clone was finished i booted from the ssd successfully. However windows was still running from hdd. Is there any alternate solution other than doing a fresh install of windows?

Change the boot order in the BIOS. Test it with the HDD unplugged. After it is working on the SSD, then plug in the HDD.
