Question Cloned need help pls

Ok idk if this is the right place for this but I desperately need help, my phones have been cloned by my ex and I need to get info so I can have him arrested, if I even can?? I’m not very knowledgeable, please help!!

Strongly recommend you contact a lawyer for this.
Any messing with the phone that you do can/will disrupt the validity of what is on it and how it got there.

He has copied my IP address so it looks like everything is coming from me!!

He may have copied an account details.
