Hi everyone,

Thanks so much for your help in advance.

I currently have an older machine that is slowly dying and I really wanted to clone to a single 2TB hard drive...as it has all my professional audio tools installed that would take a week to re-install. The source machine has a RAID 0+1 configuration via Adaptec 5805Z RAID controller.

I created a SATA clone of the disc to a USB device using Acronis True Image 2014 Premium, then I used that image to restore it Sector by Sector to a brand new WD 2TB drive. The process completed successfully and the disc mounted in Windows 7. I can see all the system files like it would be on another computer.

However, when I put in the single hard drive into a new machine, it does not boot. The machine sees the hard drive but "Boot device not found" error is displayed.

What can I do to make that hard drive bootable?

Thank you!!!!
