I recently updated the SSD from 128gb to 500gb using Samsung Magician installation. I noticed that the old SSD (128gb) still has all files and is still full. I am thinking about continuing to utilize the available space, is it ok to format/delete the old SSD disk now that I have fully installed and cloned it to the new SSD? I have updated BIOS to boot from new SSD also when viewing drives the windows icon shows up on new SSD, this means the OS is running off that disk right? Thanks!

Yes, but test first.

Power off.
Disconnect the old 128GB drive.
Power up.

Does it boot correctly?

If so...wipe that sucker.
If not, then you have other issues.

In a cloning operation, the very first thing you really need to do after it finishes is to disconnect the old drive and let the system attempt to start from the new one.
If it works (and it should), wipe the old one when you are sure.
