Question Cloning a Macbook

I need to clone a Macbook (15", 2018, Mac OS 10.14) to a new Macbook with identical specs. The source drive has a Windows partition which I'd like to clone too. I've done some searching but neither Carbon Copy Cloner nor Stellar Drive CLone support this with Mojave. Can anyone recommend any software to do this? THank you!

If you don't mind me asking, what's stopping you from installing Windows using Boot Camp? Cloning only leads to working with a mess, especially when you're trying to deal with Windows 10.

@Lutfij Thanks. I didn't know cloning Windows 10 caused a mess. I was trying to save time reinstalling software under Windows.

If I am going to use Boot Camp to install Windows from scratch, what software would you recommend to copy the primary MacOS partition? (Presumably I will need something specialised in order to wipe the existing MacOS partition on the new MacBook... .)

Boot camp works with you have a functioning OS on the Mac(of sorts) and then using BootCamp to install Windows as a VM on your system/drive. No, you don't need to wipe anything. All BootCamp does is create a partition on your existing drive and then allows you to install the OS(outside of Mac's own OS) onto it. Please keep in mind that you're going to need to download an ISO for the installer for Windows 10 using Windows Media Creation Tools.

Thank you! But I think I wasn't very clear... sorry 🙁 . I already have a Macbook with two partitions, one of which is the main MacOS partition and the other of which is a Windows partition I installed with BootCamp. Now I want to clone the entire computer to another Macbook to save time installing lots of custom software.

Going by what you said in the first reply, it's not a good idea to clone the Windows partition, but I'd still like to clone the MacOS partition. I think Carbon Copy Cloner may be able to do this, but I'm not sure. I know it can back up the MacOS partition on the old MacBook. The bit I'm not sure about is 'restoring' the backup onto the new MacBook, as it will need to wipe the existing MacOS partition and replace it with the one from the backup. I don't know how that would work while the OS is running as presumably system files will be locked. Do you know if this will work?
