Cloning -- Failed to Read Sector (with bad sector)

Please, what can I do to correct the inability to clone my system drive to a 100 GB OCZ Intrepid 3600 ssd?

HDD Sentinel reports 100% performance and 90% health which has been the exact same status cloning this drive several times previous.

AOMEI Backupper reports:

Failed to enable VSS. It may be caused because VSS service is disabled or there is no VSS service. Please check and try again.

Failed to read sector (with bad sector).

"Failed to enable VSS. It may be caused because VSS service is disabled or there is no VSS service. Please check and try again"

VSS (Volume Shadow Copy) is a service built in to Windows.
Make sure it is not set to 'Disabled'. You may even have to start it manually.

Start >> Run - - type services.msc
