Is there an app that can copy data from a SATA SSD to an NVMe SSD? I came across iSumsoft Cloner, but I'm not sure if it's safe to use.

Again.....this is a brand new OS install.
Why are you wanting to clone?

If you have jsut done a new clean isntall this morning when you asked this, you'd be done hours ago.

But yes, there are tools to do this.
I have NO idea what that is what you refer to. I certainly wouldn't use it.

But there are much better tools.

What are the specific drives involved here?

I don't know about drives, but my motherboard is MSI MAG Z490 and is updated. My PC Won't read my USB with Windows 10 so I can't install it.

I couldn't install Windows, so I used the SATA SSD from my old PC, which worked fine.
