[SOLVED] Cloning hard drive to new SSD

I have read many articles and watch videos about this. I want to do this, but my hard drive is set up with a dual boot with Ubuntu. I assume that any partition tool (I just downloaded Macrion Free) will copy all partitions over without regard to what is in them. Is this correct? Nothing in Windows Disk Manager or Macrion can "see" that Ubuntu is there.

Yes....a clone is a clone....it doesn't care what's in it.
