Cloning My C drive

I have an SSD which is the boot drive/c drive and it also has some other programs i use installed on it however the SSD is only 60GB and only 5GB is remaining. i plan on buying a new larger SSD 120GB and i was wondering if i would be able to clone my 60GB SSD and transfer it onto the 120GB without having to install the OS and everying else again?

Yes, you should be able to do that. I've used Acronis True Image for this purpose (and then as ongoing backup software) on multiple systems.
