Cloning Software

I have a Toshiba T5010 I plan to upgrade the hard drive on. I purchased an external enclosure and plan on copying the current image to the new hard drive - WD320 Scropio.

Which cloning software would you recommend? Is the process just copy, replace, and boot?

acronis true image is one of the best imaging/cloning tools i've ever used. just clone directly or create an image and restore that image to the new drive.
