Closed loop CPU cooler plugs

Hi guys I am building my first PC with liquid cooling, using a coolermaster Seidon 120v Radiator, my mother board is a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3. I have almost everything installed, but I'm unsure of how to plug in the CPU cooler, there's a pump plug (3 pin), and a fan plug (3 pin also). On my mobo I have a CPU-Fan and SYS-Fan hookups, do I plan the pump into SYS-fan? Or the fan into SYS-fan and the pump into CPU-Fan? Or do I just use the molex adapters I have and plug both into the PSU? Thanks

Plug the pump into the CPUfan, that's what tracks the temps of the CPU and adjusts accordingly.

Plug the the fan into the Sysfan port.

James Mason is right. BTW never connect it using molex connectors, you loose functionality in checking temps and such, that is unless your motherboard doesn't have 3pin fan headers.
