is it possible to install Kraken X62 cooler on video card or would I need something designed for video card if so were to buy want closed loop liquid cooled 240 to 280 raidiator for video card cant find one only 120

you can use NZXT G12 bracket to install krappen x62 on your titan x.
you can also get a EK fluid gaming GPU kit for about the same price or even get a real custom GPU loop for a bit more (~250-300$). those two options are also expandable to CPU if and when you want.
