Well I just bought a new MB(z390 aorus master) and RAM( g.skill trident z 2x 8gb 3200)but after I tried to start my PC the LEDs went on for a second and then turned off again.
Before I had an Asus h100m-plus and 2x crucial ddr4 2133 8gb
I have a GTX 1080ti amp edition, i7-7700 and a 600W PSU but even after taking out my GPU it still happened and I cant find the problem. The only thing i think is that my psu isn't strong enough. I hope to get some help soon and find the problem
