Clr cmos question need help asap

hey guys i just got done putting my new computer together not too long ago and while i was checking some stuff out in the case while i had it running i accidently hit the clr cmos button on the motherboard...it reset the system and loaded up to where you can hit the different boot/enter bios options and then freezes up i think...i cant enter any of teh options and ive tried to restart it and cant figure it out....im using a ASRock z68 extreme7 gen3 mobo and if anyone can help me out it would be greatly appriciated....thanks
