OK so i have had some issues as of late. I just built this PC about a month ago. here are the specs

CPU: AMD FX - 8350 4.0Ghz

Heatsink: Cool Master 212x

GPU: Nvidia GeForce 1060 sc acx 2.0 3gb

MOBO: M5A97 R2.0

RAM: 16GB DDR3 G skill 340pin 1600

PSU: EVGA 80 plus 600w

the case has 5x 120mm fans in it

so here are the issues. Im starting with the current error:

EVENT ID 10016

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with
CLSID
{8D8F4F83-3594-4F07-8369-FC3C3CAE4919}
and
APPID
{F72671A9-012C-4725-9D2F-2A4D32D65169}
to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

as you can see its a registry permission issue in the located keys. For one APPID/APPID folder is not in the registry. However i have set both of these keys to have full permissions in both areas. Windows does not find any issues in the registry while scanning with SFC/SCANNOW.

this issue has caused my system to freeze and BSOD. I have looked into it but so far nothing else left to do. I get these at least once a day while gaming and sometimes just browsing. PLEASE HELP ME i have done everything i could find to this point.

ok now im having another issue. But i still dont know if the original is resolved. This is the first time seeing this issue code:

im concerned because this error has never occurred before. However its only one error. running the program my CPU went from 20 C to 36 C when maxed. its not OCed at all. for me running 8 cores there is no reason to OC. Its an issue because when this happened my computer BSOD with the EXCEPTION error.

However when i was running MSI afterburner my monitor would flash on and off when it started at boot. That error was 41001. i have since re installed the full driver CLEAN and stopped running MSI afterburner.

Today my computer dropped twice today.
while playing PARAGON today my computer froze mid game with the CPU error. After restarting the game and starting to play before turning on my stream. At that point it crashed again. no BSOD just froze.

here are a list of all errors ive had so far since i started up the PC in event viewer:

Exception error? the crash mentioning CPU makes me think you might have dump files that can help

Can you download and run who crashed - it will give us a glimpse of the errors you getting and might help us solve them

Copy/paste summary in here and I see what I can do :)

This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system that cannot be identified at this time.

That is Direct X, normally caused by GPU drivers. If you deleted all trace of Nvidia off PC in my last step, it might fix the rest

ntoskrnl = new technology operating system kernel
ntkrnlmp.exe = is also part of the kernel but I have yet to work out all the letters

these two get blamed for driver errors as the kernel runs windows
