Club3D 7870 Joker Card Or Gigabyte 7870

Hello,
Whats better the 7870 gigabyte version which has epic cooling or a club3d 7870 joker card which feature 200 more spu's and the tahiti le architecture.

Tahiti version of card is much better (tom's has benchmarks posted). It is pretty large so make sure it fits in your case (at least the sapphire one I got was quite big). Of course I may be biased since I have a 7870 LE (XT or whatever you want to call it)

Make sure your PSU is up to the task. The Tahiti version of the HD7870 uses considerably more power than the "standard" HD7870. If you are playing at 1920x1080, most likely you would find the Gigabyte card sufficient.

Hi im suprised noone has answered? anyways club3d 7870 jokercard because i have the 7870 RoyalKing and i have oc'd tons and i am running it at: 1153 mhz Core 1290 Memory stable so i would imagine the jokercard to be even better because it is there flagship card and also has 2 fans so will keep it cooler and ive heard really good things about the tahiti le being a really good oc'er

Trust me ive spent tons of time looking into these cards because it took me about 2 months to choose my card and am so happy i made my decision but i cant tell you proper fps etc because my cpu is bottleknecking my gpu but is still a sick gpu even with the bottlekneck

oh sorry wrong one aha but anyways the cooling on it is really good even with one fan and you never know you may opt to watercool it in the future
