Clueless with Motherboards

I'm building my first PC for gaming! Yey!
I know most of my stuff but I'm on motherboards and I don't know jack. I'm thinking about these two for my micro atx case. I'm just using one graphics card so I just need one PCI 3.0 slot. What is the difference between these two? They look exactly the same but one is way more money. Can I just go with the cheaper or will the more expensive one be better somehow?

And if If I don't do any overclocking should I go for the cheaper one? I'm upgrading from the jurassic xbox 360 and an old laptop still running vista so this computer I'm making will be such a huge upgrade that I wont even recognize the small jump overclocking will do. I got an i5 4670k, r9 270, 240 ssd, 8gb ram so far. I'm not gonna be doing any crossfiring either. Just one mid range graphics card at a time.

Of course it is up to you. I like to have my rig upgradeable for the unknown future.

I am a big fan of mobos that offer inbuilt sound and help save money for budget sensitive customers. I recently picked up a Z97 mobo from Biostar..initiall skeptical given the feedback I had been getting about Biostar brand I am very happy with the performance of this mobo.
