I have a strange problem. I have 2 Windows 2000 Advanced servers clustered together and running Exchange 2000. I am also using some extra disk space on the external scsi disk array to house intellimirror. Exchange runs beautifully, transferring the email database each time failover occurs within 1 minute. Intellimirror, however, doesn't run so smoothly. When failover occurs it loses the share. I have to go back into the server that is currently in charge of the cluster and re-share the folder in order for any of my users to see it. Is this normal? Doesn't seem like any clustered file servers would useful if you have to reshare everything anytime there is failover. Are clusters only good for applications?

You need to setup the file share through MSCS. Read the following article
about configuring a file share resource for MS Cluster:
